Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Handling is 3–6 business days, transit is 6–10 business days, so 9–16 business days total. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is free.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can track it any time from the Track Your Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return window?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; there is no return shipping charge for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
How long until I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

At the time you place your order, not when it ships.
