The short version
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. There is no restocking fee.
Condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; there is no return shipping charge for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, email support@elledeenclosets.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
